The state Board of Health will vote on the regulations at its quarterly meeting on Thursday, Sept. 15. There will also be a 1-hour public comment period at the meeting prior to the vote. The meeting is at the Wyndham Richmond Airport Hotel, 4700 S. Laburnum Ave., Richmond; it starts at 9 a.m. but the regulations vote is on the agenda for after lunch.
